Due to being a small independent business, we are unable to offer free returns. This means that you'll need to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. Please contact us to discuss the return so we can provide you with a return address and further instructions. 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of reaching our warehouse using the same method that you used for payment.
