Gift Certificates

I have a Gift Certificate, how do I book?

If you have been given a gift card that was booked through our online booking system, then you can simply redeem your code in the checkout where it says 'apply gift card'. If you have been given a gift certificate, then this can be redeemed at checkout via the 'add gift certificate' box.

If you have been given a gift certificate that was produced by us prior to our new online booking system (October 2021), then please email us at info@thegoldenretrieverexperience.com and tell us what dates and times you would like to come. Have a look at our availability calendar via the blue 'book now' button on this page. We also need to know who gave you the gift certificate and their email address so we can find it in our records. Gift certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Gift Certificate Workshop

Once you have bought a gift card or gift certificate from the 'Purchase Gift Certificate' button above, you can download one of these free templates to present in a card or frame to give to the recipient.

Please note that this template is not proof of purchase and cannot be used to gain entry into The Golden Retriever Experience without a paid ticket. Gift cards and gift certificates can be paid for via the 'Purchase Gift Certificate' button at the top of this page or you can book a specific time and date via the 'Book Now' button. Gift cards and gift certificates must be redeemed against a specific date and time slot before you intend to visit, we do not accept walk-ins.
